| There are a lot of signs to know if that person is a Filipino. You will notice it right away through by his/her action, the impression, the way she talk/speak or even the way he/she looks. Here are some 20 signs that i know:
1. Everytime they greet someone even they dont know that person much they always nod their head upwards. Thats the way they greet people. 2. If you ask them and they dont know the answer they just scratch their head. 3. One of Filipino habits is that they are not always on time. Mostly they are late 15-30minutes. 4. They can't eat without rice. When they cooking rice they are not using a measuring cup instead they are using their finger to measure it. 5. They love to wrap "Balikbayan Box" everytime they go home to their country. 6. They love to watch telenovela. 7. They always offer food to their visitors. 8. They are more comfortable in squatting position with their elbows resting on their knees. 9. They put their hands together in front of you as if to make a path and say "excuse me" specially when they pass in between people. 10. Filipino people dont like the sun, they loved to be on the shade. 11. They love to eat using their hands. 12. When eating breakfast they love to dip their bread to their coffee. 13. If they met some Filipino at the mall/restaurant they can't help to stare on it and thinking "I think she/he is a filipino. They are mostly shy so they just wait if one of them will say "helo" first. 14. They always eat rice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. 15. They are so happy if they find an Asian store which they could find some Filipino stuff out there. 16. When they speak English you will notice right away that he/she is a Filipino the way they pronounce the word. 17. Most of them they hate to waste food. If they are full then they can take the food out with them. They called it "Bring Home". 18. When they buying things on the store they love to ask bargain price or "tingi or tawad" in tagalog. 19. When they are washing clothes instead of using the washing machine they also wash their clothes by their hands. 20. Most of the Filipino people loves to sing so they mostly own "Karaoke".
